Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using dontsleeponai.com ("the Site"), including any content, tools, prompts, workflows, downloads, recommendations, or educational materials provided therein (collectively, "Materials"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Account Registration

To purchase courses, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Course Access

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content. You may not:

  • Share your account or course access with others
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish course materials
  • Download or record course videos for redistribution

Prompts, Workflows, Automation Tools & Downloadable Resources

The Site may provide downloadable prompts, workflow templates, automation configurations, setup guides, code snippets, shell commands, and other technical resources (collectively, "Technical Resources"), including but not limited to The Claw Loop prompt and any future prompts or workflow tools.

All Technical Resources are provided strictly "as is" and "as available," for informational and educational purposes only. By downloading, copying, or using any Technical Resource, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You use them entirely at your own risk. Don't Sleep On AI, its owners, contributors, and affiliates assume no responsibility whatsoever for any consequences arising from your use of any Technical Resource.
  • Technical Resources may execute commands on your computer, modify files, interact with third-party APIs, consume API credits, incur costs, or make changes to your development environment, codebase, databases, or systems. You are solely responsible for understanding what any prompt, script, or workflow does before running it.
  • We make no warranties or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or expected behavior of any Technical Resource. AI systems are inherently unpredictable, and outputs may vary.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all outputs, code changes, automated actions, and system modifications resulting from the use of any Technical Resource before deploying them to any production, staging, or critical environment.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, unintended code changes, security vulnerabilities, system downtime, API charges, service disruptions, financial losses, or any other damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from the use or misuse of any Technical Resource.
  • Technical Resources may reference or interact with third-party tools, services, APIs, and software (including but not limited to Clawdbot, Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, tmux, Git, and various npm packages). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party tool or service. Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms and licenses.
  • Autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows carry inherent risks. Any workflow that automates software development, executes shell commands, or interacts with your system without manual approval of each step may produce unintended results. You accept full responsibility for implementing appropriate safeguards, backups, version control, and monitoring.
  • Technical Resources may become outdated. AI tools, APIs, and software evolve rapidly. A prompt or workflow that works today may not work tomorrow due to changes in third-party services. We are under no obligation to update or maintain any Technical Resource.

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional software engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional counsel. Our Materials are educational in nature. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information provided on this Site.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. For refund details, see our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content — including courses, videos, text, images, prompts, workflows, and downloadable files — is owned by Don't Sleep On AI and protected by copyright law unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except that you may use downloaded Technical Resources for your own personal or business use as intended.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MATERIALS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DON'T SLEEP ON AI, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR RELATED TO THE SITE;
  • ANY TECHNICAL RESOURCE DOWNLOADED FROM OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS, DATA, OR SYSTEMS;
  • ANY AUTOMATED, SEMI-AUTOMATED, OR MANUAL ACTIONS TAKEN BY AI SYSTEMS, TOOLS, OR WORKFLOWS REFERENCED IN OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE;

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Don't Sleep On AI, its owners, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, Materials, or Technical Resources, or your violation of these Terms.

Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using any Materials or Technical Resources provided through this Site, including risks related to AI-generated outputs, automated system modifications, and interactions with third-party tools and services. You acknowledge that AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or harmful outputs, and that it is your responsibility to verify all results before acting on them.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll note the date of the last update at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davis County, Utah.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
