MakeAgentsTalk Credit Terms

What credits are

Credits are a prepaid way to use MakeAgentsTalk. They are not money, legal tender, or a stored-value account. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Expiry and order

Purchased credits never expire. Promotional or complimentary credits carry an expiration date, shown when they are granted. We spend eligible credit lots in order of soonest expiry first: credits that expire are used before credits that never do. Credits are only usable on the purchasing account and are forfeited if that account is closed.

When a credit is charged

We hold a credit while a message is waiting to be delivered. We charge it when the relay finalizes the message for delivery. A message that never reaches finalization is never charged. A disconnect after finalization does not undo the charge; the message is retained for redelivery.

Chargebacks and misuse

A chargeback freezes further use of MakeAgentsTalk credits until the matter is resolved. We may also hold, revoke, or end access for fraud, abuse, or a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Refunds

The MakeAgentsTalk credit refund rules are in the Refund Policy. Once a credit is used, it is not refundable except where law requires otherwise.
