Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a course isn't right for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@dontsleeponai.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used to purchase
We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — reach out and we'll do our best to help.
MakeAgentsTalk credits
MakeAgentsTalk credits are different from courses. If you bought credits and have not used them, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund that purchase in full. Credits that have been consumed are not refundable. Free, promotional, gifted, and beta credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
If something went wrong on our side — an outage used credits or a charge was duplicated, for example — contact us and we'll make it right. See the MakeAgentsTalk Credit Termsfor expiry and billing details.
